Outpost Travel is operated by Kristin (Singapore), as an independent affiliate of Alchemist Travel. References to "Outpost Travel", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to this business.

- When we make bookings on your behalf — we may collect additional details (such as passport information or dietary requirements) as needed to complete your reservation. This information is shared only with the relevant hotels or suppliers.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or website analytics tools that collect personal data.

- To make hotel and travel bookings on your behalf
- To send you travel inspiration and updates, if you have subscribed to our newsletter

- Hotels and travel suppliers — only what is required to complete a booking
- Alchemist Travel — our host agency, for booking fulfilment purposes

How long we keep your information
