Common questions

Is there a fee?

For hotel bookings, no. The hotels pay us a commission and you still get the Virtuoso perks. For end-to-end trip planning, we access trade rates through a trusted network of ground suppliers; our margin is built into the trip cost, and overall pricing stays competitive.

What budget should I plan for?

Hotels from around USD 300 a night in Southeast Asia, and from USD 500 in most other places. End-to-end journeys start from USD 500 per person per day, excluding flights. We'll always be straightforward about what's achievable.

What happens on a discovery call?

A short, no-obligation chat, usually 15 to 20 minutes, to understand your trip and whether we're the right fit. No pressure. No commitment.
